you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior authorization

Service Usage
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose
Resource usage must remain within allocated limits
Automated scripts must respect rate limits
You are responsible for backing up your own data

Payments & Renewals
All hosting services require prepayment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly
stated in our Refund Policy.
Services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Late payments may result in service suspension
All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified
We do not store payment information on our servers

Fair Usage Policy
Resource abuse is strictly prohibited
CPU usage must not exceed 25% for more than 90 seconds
Memory usage must stay within allocated limits
Email sending is limited to 500 emails per hour
Database queries must be optimized and efficient
We reserve the right to suspend accounts causing server instability

Content Restrictions
Zero tolerance for prohibited content
No phishing websites or fraudulent activities
No malware, viruses, or malicious software distribution
No spamming or bulk email services
No copyrighted material without proper authorization
No adult content or gambling websites
No hate speech or discriminatory content

Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion
for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
Suspension may occur without prior notice for severe violations
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds
We may delete all data from terminated accounts after 30 days
You may appeal suspensions by contacting our support team

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on our platform are the property
of ZaviraHost or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a license to host and display your content
You may not use our branding without written permission
All software provided remains our intellectual property

Your privacy is important to us
We collect only necessary information for service provision
We do not sell your personal information to third parties
We implement industry-standard security measures
You are responsible for securing your own website data

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZaviraHost shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for data loss or corruption
We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months
You agree to use our services at your own risk

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZaviraHost, its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services.
You are responsible for any legal claims related to your content
You agree to cover our legal costs in defending against such claims
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these terms

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We will notify you of significant changes via email
The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision
You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically
Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh
The United Nations Convention on Contracts is expressly excluded
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
